Here at doLci Deli & Catering Co we believe living in the Okanagan is living the sweet life. Our goal of a ‘luxurious’ life is satisfied through our fresh produce, fruits, meats, friends and wine.
doLci Deli & Catering Proprietors, Chefs, and Choc·o·la·tiers, Annina & Jörg Hoffmeister moved to Canada in 1990. Previous proprietors of Angels Pastry Catering & Wagon Wheel Guest Ranch, Bridesville, BC that the couple ran for ten years, together they have created, catered and coordinated weddings, winery/business openings, art exhibitions & many other unforgettable life events.

Annina Hoffmeister, studied from 1989 to 2002, to recieve a diploma in Konditor/Confiserie at the national Swill Konditorei/ Confisery School. Simmen Arosa, Graubuenden, Switzerland.

Jörg Hoffmeister, studied at, finishing with a Masters Degree in Pastries & Baking, 1990 from Bundesfachschule für das Konditorenhandwerk in Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Jörg Hoffmeister has held many Executive Pastry Chef positions in top companies including:
